Retention is falling. Attrition is climbing. Quiet quitting is the term your board uses; the actual phenomenon is your team has stopped trusting the room. The instruments that missed it the first time cannot diagnose it now.
Mesh X is what the salon learned, deployed where it pays off.
Most consulting ends in a report. Ours ends in a room your team will remember for years.
Every Mesh X engagement runs on the same method you'll meet below. The process is consistent. The outcome is specific to your team.
Once we sign, every member of the room takes the Mesh X assessment, a structured read on how each person moves through a hard conversation, drawn from what we have watched in the room and still being refined. Completed asynchronously. No travel required. It gives us a read on how each person communicates, how they argue, who they become when the conversation gets hard, and what they do in the silence.
We sit with you. We sit with your team. We learn what isn't on the assessment. The qualitative work: interviews with leaders, with managers, with the people who know where the friction actually lives. The assessment gives us a working read on how they move under pressure. The conversations tell us what's happening between them.
A written report on how your team tends to talk, argue, and decide together: where it is strong, where it gets stuck, and the three or four most consequential conversations your team isn't having yet. Delivered in a meeting, not as a PDF dropped in your inbox. We walk you through it. We agree on what the room needs to do.
We design a custom evening for the room: leadership, middle managers, a cross-functional cohort, or the whole team. Offsite, ideally. Structured around the specific dynamics the diagnostic surfaced. Not a workshop. Not a retreat. A composed conversation in a designed room. Hosted by us. Three to four hours. The room participates fully.
After the room, we translate. The instrument results and what actually happened in the event become actionable next steps for team building, bonding, and the work going forward. You leave with a plan, not a feeling.
From there, we either stay on as ongoing partners. Or we hand you the framework and step away. Both are valid. Both work. You choose.
Mesh X maps how every member of your team tends to behave under pressure: how each person argues, how they respond when threatened, what they do in the silence. Behavior in the room, not a fixed label. The room can be your executive team, your middle managers, your engineers, your whole org. We structure the intervention around who's in it.
The diagnostic produces the map. The map produces the language. The language produces the work.
A diagnostic for teams that want a clear read. A year-long engagement for teams treating dialogue as a culture project. A deeper integration for organizations adopting the framework as their diagnostic layer.

Mesh X grew out of our work at Colère Nu's Boston salons; application-only dinners designed to surface how people actually behave when a conversation matters. The framework is drawn from what we have watched in those rooms. We are still refining it, engagement by engagement.
We are taking introductions for our first cohort of team engagements.

We review each inquiry by fit. No automatic drip. No generic sales funnel. Just enough signal to decide whether Mesh X is the right instrument.
