Terms of Service.

By creating an account or attending a Colère Nu event, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Colère Nu is a curated, application-based membership. Acceptance is at our discretion. We may decline applicants without explanation. Members may be removed for behavior that materially degrades the room — see “conduct” below.

Membership is non-transferable. You may not let another person attend an event in your name.

At events and on the platform, we ask members to bring their attention. Members do not:

• — Use the membership for sales, recruiting, or unsolicited pitching
• — Photograph or record other members without explicit consent
• — Share what was said in a closed-door event with non-members
• — Engage in harassment, intimidation, or discrimination
• — Misrepresent themselves or their membership status

Hosts are members granted permission to organize events. Hosts agree to follow the host playbook, maintain attendee privacy, and not use member contact info for purposes outside the event they're hosting. Host privileges may be revoked.

The Dialogue Signature framework, archetype descriptions, and assessment questions are copyrighted material owned by Colère Nu, Inc. The scoring algorithm and boundary conditions are proprietary trade secrets. You may discuss your own archetype publicly. You may not reproduce the questions, mappings, or framework documents without permission.

Events are organized by hosts. Colère Nu provides the platform but does not warrant the venue, food, or third-party services. You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own transportation, dietary needs, and personal safety.

Most Colère Nu events are free for members. Where event fees apply, refund eligibility is stated at registration. Membership fees, when introduced, will have a 30-day refund policy unless otherwise specified.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your own account at any time by emailing hello@colere.nu.

The service is provided “as is.” The Dialogue Signature is a behavioral assessment instrument, not a diagnostic tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes therapeutic, financial, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colère Nu, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or attendance at events.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disputes are resolved in Massachusetts state or federal court.
